Virtual Sit and Share Meetings via Skype

Continuing on Tuesdays at the new start time of 8pm (UK time) for a trial period.

This is a wholly Buddhist-oriented online recovery meeting.

No registration is needed but you will need to send a Skype contact request to fifth.precept

The 1st meditation will start promptly at 8.00pm on the following Tuesdays

Please sign-in to Skype up to 15-minutes before the start time i.e.

Times are UK based.

    • From 7.45pm Welcome
    • 8.00pm Opening serenity meditation (10 minutes)
    • 8.10pm Introduction and/or reading of tonight's topic
    • 8.15pm Meditation on tonight's chosen topic (10 minutes)
    • 8.25pm Sharing - discussion on tonight's topic
    • 9.00pm Meditation (30 minutes)
    • 9.30pm Announcements (if any)
    • 9.30pm Closing dedication then informal chat

Meetings operate on an informal drop-in basis and are suitable for all levels of experience.
